I want to add google analytics to my thankyou page to measure where I get results from but I don't know which url I have to add.

I need to know which url people get reffered to after they have registered.

Can anyone help me?

or is there no thankyou page url which I can add to google analytics

Member Templates -> member_activate. You can use this template as it is used when activating the account.
