Tons to choose from. If you can't find any you like just get one that's close and edit it.

Your forum is a radio station for Habbo Players, right?
So I suggest having a look at some of the habbo style artwork and using something like that in your header - use pixel art microphone gifs for your on/off/lock and try editing a theme you like. Do you have a colour preference?
