Okay so I'm trying to make a system that promotes people from registration to member with one post. I have it all set, but the promotion just wont seem to happen!

AdminCP > Users and Groups > Group Promotions > Add New Promotion > and do the settings like this;
Promotion Requirements = Post Count
Post Count = 1 and from drop down list, select "Greater then or equal to"
Original User Group = Select their old usergroup
New User Group = Select their new usergroup to move to
User Group Change Type = Primary User Group
Save promotion.
If it doesn't run then do the following;
AdminCP > Tools and Maintenance > Task Manager > and click small clock
