You must sell domain as well along with database, I guess that is what site selling includes. Databases aren't sold alone.

The theme is messed up because I am hosting two forums on one host.

I got confused because you didn't included anywhere saying you're selling domain as well. If so, you should keep title as selling forum/website rather than selling database, to avoid confusion.
