Try reverting the template. You need to keep the inputs on the page but hide them.

You can do this by setting the entire TD on that side to display none, and change the tborder class on the surrounding table to one without a 100% width.

Alternatively, you can go through the inputs one by one and set them with the style tag using "visibility: hidden;"

I know mate. But soon as i add it to the code, the other stuff came up again and it's not hidden anymore. Even i tried to put it ontop, middle and bottom.

I don't have that plugin and I don't really want to install it so I cannot test. As Yaldaram made the plugin then he will be best to help you further. All the code I posted did was hide the TD on the right and resize the table and the remaining visible TD.
