hello i am new to mybb how can i change the template postbit so that it looks like ipb.

You're going to have to be a lot more descriptive. But, if you html and css you can edit the templates through the Admin CP.

i mean i want a postbit like this:

1)
install force postbit mod , and make the classic layout as default

2)
Add group images

Must include correct path in each group to images
	www/images/groupimages/english".

Go to your Admin CP - User & Groups - Groups - Your desired group. Find the box where it says "Group Image", put the link to your image 
e.g. "image/groupimages/english/groupimage1.png" 

3)
Add borders

All it takes is a few simple template edits (assuming you have knowledge of HTML). There are a few themes out there with similar postbits too. Anyway, moved to a more suitable section.
