i uploaded all the info from here and then used the webhosting . i watched a youtube vid on it also to get me threw it b\c i need help with it . after the vid was dont i tryed to go to page and it just gave me this . here is the vid - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1lyYiW_Npv8

It may just be as simple as removing the index.html file in the root directory (as instructed to by that page) and the forums index.php file may then take over.

ok well which 1 is it .? b\c i just deleted 1 and it did not work . i delete the 1 out of cache and then i tryed going to page and it did not work .

Delete the index.html file as the page says.

ok i just did that and it did nothing . it say the same thing . they have a thing that shows how to do it and im confused by it a bit but i delete the one they show in the pic and it still did not work .

Looks to me like you still haven't deleted the file: http://owningpvm.zxq.net/index.html still works
http://owningpvm.zxq.net/index.htm does not (because it doesn't exist)
http://owningpvm.zxq.net/index.php also works, but the .html is taking priority.
