The Tag System of Edson Ordaz
requires to enter up to 4 tags and with 5 or more letters,
How can i make it 2 tags and 3 or more letters only,
please answer my question,
and also how can i change the date and time of the changoundyu chatbox to GMT+8

Open up the plugin file in the editor, hit Control(or Command on a Mac)-F and find where those specific numbers are mentioned. Odds are those are what you need to change.

As for the chatbox, I don't know about it.

solved now the only problem is how can i change the timezone of chatbox to GMT+8
