When a member post into my site using the quick reply,
it always shows error,

i tried the default theme but still that shows,
my current theme is blueshire

Are you running Double Post plugin ?

Would be good if you post your website's URL and any testing account so I could test it myself.

As yaldaram said, a URL at the least is required and a temporary testing account would be useful.
