Use phpmyadmin (from your site cpanel) navigate your database tables and find mybb_usergroups and select it ... then click structure, from there find column id 34 this should be 'cansendemailoverride' , if it is not there you have not installed correctly.
You could trying adding the column manually with the following attributes set :-
Column = canviewmemberlist
type = int
length/values = 1
Default = as defined
