Is there only GoMobile or also anothers Solution, which doesnt change the design?

GoMobile is the only mobile theme for MyBB I'm aware of. You can also install ForumRunner allowing your users to use an iPhone/Android app. Do remember you can use other themes with the Go Mobile plugin if you wish.

Can I change the design in acp?

Yes - after installing it:

Admincp -> Templates & Style -> Themes -> GoMobile 1.0 Beta 4

Admincp -> Templates & Style -> Templates -> GoMobile 1.0 Beta 4 Templates

Edit those to your liking
