I have installed this plugin : http://mods.mybb.com/view/shoutbox

its working but i have a few questions ....

1. How do i change what users can see it.
2.How do i make it appear at the top of the forum under the nav bar ?

You can change which users can see it and it appears at the bottom of your forum. To make it appear at the top:

Admincp -> Templates & Style -> Templates -> Your template set -> Index Page Templates -> Index

Move:

{myshoutbox_abcd}

Above:

{$forums}

Have you uploaded all the files included in that download?

i fixed it now ....

where do i install all the files too ?

Upload the plugin files as you would a normal plugin.

It works but i cant find where to change the code around ?
