I installed Google Seo but my forum's URL appear like this:

 http://myforum/Forum-Name-of-the-forum 

or:

 http://myforum/Thread-name-of-the-thread 

I want only the name of the forum/ thread, not also the "Thread" or the "Forum" in the URL.

This isn't possible. You will run into conflicts if a thread has the same name as a forum or vice-versa.

Ah ok, so this is the default setting of google seo. I think it was my fault.
