Tabs need to go. A lot of sections need to go. Carbon copy HF descriptions need to go. Dude my forum has 11 sections, yours has 29. It's a gaming forum so why do you need a media section, a graphics tab with 5 separate sections, a music section and a spam section?

Active site with 9 members? No. Tabs are bad. The whole layout is a mess. It takes more than a day to make a good site.
