Dear MyBB Support team.

I have been getting 403 errors so I contacted my hosting provider and asked them to whitelist mod_security and delete mod_security rule 1234396.

They said they have done that for me but I am still getting these errors, I have added something to the .httaccess that it said the doc about mod_security.

Its still giving me this error.
Should I delete my cahe or something?, Help please

Yes, but I needed to reply to this. to ask for more support and more information.

You won't get a faster response by creating multiple threads. In fact you'll get a slower reply as a member of staff has to close the thread and merge it with the others, in that time they could be giving you your answer.

It was a different one was the first you linked + My hosting provider has whitelisted the mod_security and deleted that rule and I'm still getting the same error.

403 forbidden when I try edit the admin group and edit the global.css

Add the following to your .htaccess file:

SecRuleEngine Off

Already done that, its not worked at all.
