How can I make people who have accounts what are not activated post in the chatbox? or create threads ect..

Edit the group permissions for "Awaiting Activation"

MyShoutBox & @Frank.Barry - No need be sarcastic bro, I know how to edit that but it doesn't have an option for the shoutbox
MyShoutbox (probably) comes with Usergroup option so you can easily add comma seprataed usergroups.
Yes, forgot to check that. what are the defualt groups I should add to this such as banned, not activated account yet
Banned = 7
Non Activated = 5
