Create a new usergroup under Users and Groups in the Admin CP called "VIP". I'm not sure how the promotion will work, but if it's paid, then when a user pays, change their usergroup to VIP.

How would I add a new page saying VIP/Upgrade and how would I make them have special features...I'd like some idea's Smile
