The homepage seems like a clone of ForumKorner but with a different theme, even the tabs are in the same order, not talking about some section names (Webmaster Corner instead of Webmaster Korner, etc.)...
That's because it's made by the same designer.
What can I get at your site that I can't get elsewhere?
Your site is taking like 5 years to load for each page.
Oh look another GENERAL forum. With a domain like that I would have most likely turned it into some celebrity discussion forum or something.
Also I can tell you're obviously a HF fanatic judging from the userbars.
As someone has already said it looks a lot like ForumKorner, try and customize the theme. Also you have a lot of sections for a new forum, i would suggest cutting it down to 10-12.
