Gave up trying to register when I can't speak the freaking language and some other BS errors I got. Is this even MyBB? If so, where's the MyBB copyright?

Anyways theme looks okay, but you wont attract any english speaking people. Then again i dont suspect thats what you are aiming for.

The only real big problem i have, and maybe im just dumb, is that i have no clue what your forum is about. About some FIFA the game patches project is all i got from your post here and the site. But i cant figure out what it is about otherwise. Or what the role of the forum is in this all.

Yeah had the same thing the first time, doesnt help that its a tiny link on the first page of that site. While that forum is underneath the menu (forum) link.
