Let's say i have forum here: domain.com/forum

And i have made a page, that i only want V.I.P rank to access, and that page is here: domain.com/forum/vip.php

How could i do that? Like protect it, like only my VIP Members can visit it?

I have a emtpy page, that i want to only be visitable from rank: 94 , how do i do that? If you could help me doing it, then i'll just change rank 94 into my ranks..
