I was wondering how I could change it so it coincides with EST (GMT -5). Sorry, I'm new to this Blush

I think you can set it in user cp..Edit options.

Goto ACP> Home> Board Settings>Date and Time Formats and change whatever you want!

You can change it in the ACP as MyBB_Pro suggested, but MyBB will not update individual user's timezones. Only future users will be changed to the new timezone. You'll need to update each user manually or run a script that changes them all.
