go to your forum root file directory.
then go to this folder images/lust/
and upload your photos postbit_email.gif and postbit_pm.gif
it'll be OK.

In your directory,
go to the file 'showteam.php' or what your staff page name is under.
Then press 'CTRL - F' and for your sake, type 'Email' and go down to where it says;
<img src"link to image" > and change it to what you want, it will also have link tags at the front of if, which if you wan't to remove them, just hover over the Linking tag and remove them, or edit them
