It's not a folder. Templates and styling are stored in the database and you can edit the code within MyBB's Admin CP. Dreamweaver is useless for you here.

You need to actually go to your Admin CP, click on the Templates & Style tab, select Themes from the sidebar, choose the theme you want to edit from the list, select the global.css stylesheet and switch to Advanced Mode.

He means by visiting the admin control panel on your forum website then going to Themes & templates > your theme > global css

And the images are in the folder root/images root being where u installed mybb
