MyBB doesn't display that error message anywhere. I went through all the files and I couldn't find it. I went ahead and searched it on Google and it seems to be a phpBB issue. Are you sure you're not confusing things?
MyBB and phpBB are two different softwares ran by two different teams. This isn't the place to get phpBB support.
