when i come to the license.
Try re-uploading the ./install/ folder. It looks like some of the files weren't fully uplaoded correctly.
The problem is likely with the ./install/resources/output.php file as that's where said function is defined.
Make sure you've uploaded all files/folders from the fresh MyBB download.

As I said, PM me your FTP details and a URL and I'll fix it. The error is definitely because you haven't uploaded everything correctly.
