When i installed 1 theme it modified the default theme
and now it has some dumb photo next to the forums :

I'm not really sure what you mean. I don't see any dumb photo on your forum.

Well i mean the photo "old next to each forum"
Right, you uploaded the theme's images to the default ./images/ folder and so they were replaced. You should download a fresh copy of MyBB and re-upload the entire ./images/ folder.
The new images that you uploaded took place of the old ones and replaced them.
