I need to know because I am editing a style's colour from blue to green. I would like to know how to change the colour of the category link text (that has stayed blue whilst the rest went green for forum links)

Also I would like to know which part of the code changes the background for the 'Log Out | Mark All Forums Read | Forum Team | Forum Statistics' bar.
