I have installed this weird plugin, it doubles the code, i don't know what to do, i have installed it , skype plugin.

Why is this skype shown triple in my profile, because i have activated deactivated etc, want to know how to remove it just to one from where templates>>??
i removed from usercp_profile, but don't know how to remove from here, please help me :s
And can anyone also guide me how to remove thanks given from post bit.
for example: i want to remove thanks given.
