Not Solved Moderator Tools - Nothing's Working/Showing Up

Ah, what have I found...

If we create "Post Tools", they won't appear until we have at least one "Thread Tool".

Is this a bug?

I believe it is, yes. It should show up regardless as thread tools and posts tools don't have any direct relation.

Well, solved (kinda ). I don't know if I shall mark it as such, please do as you see fit. Manythanks, nevertheless.
