Simple suggestion.
* Have the user group permissions have 3 options instead of yes/no.
- The extra option would be "never" and would override any other permissions regardless.

If I remember correctly no always overrides yes if people are in multiple groups. So I don't see the point.

No and Never are one and the same thing IMO.

It seems that the "No" option only overrides the other groups if it's set as your display group.
