Since I'm still having the problem whereby all my é characters got replaced by ??.

Did you change your character set back to ISO-8859-1 like previously instructed?

It was still on UTF-8.

Since I had more problems with ISO-8859-1

But I'll change it back. Should that solve the problem?

Ok, dutch language pack is set to use ISO-8859-1 and english utf-8. But now I'm having this problem in the welcome message on my board: http://www.urbanus-online.be/forum

(That word should be officiële)
