I just got disapproved for my Ad-sense application today due to "Unacceptable site Content"

I didn't find any as listed in Google guidelines, Can someone help me to find out whats wrong with my website?

Ohhh bro, its not at all spam, in here India, most of the people are engineering graduates, almost 7 to 10 lakh/year will be graduated, so they just come to forum for checking the latest jobs and then exit.

I don't about it bro, because i have installed fbconnect plugin and blindly i was using, i have seen after you commented here. Its not working good and has the vulnerability, so i decided to remove and make my own.
