How to add admin or moderator must approve post only to one specific user it is possible

Click on User's Profile > edit the user in ModCP > Moderator Options > and tick "Moderate this users post"

when do that and try to unapprowe post nothing happens,also no any info on index page about post to moderate,only when click to mod cp got option to ignore approwe or delete.It is a Mybb Bug,another thing when moderate user add new post no any info like admin must approwe post
Cannot unapprove post when click to it also in padding panel option same thing
