Small amount of images will be used but they will be very small images and the css will take advantage of repeat
Some gradients are CSS-based
other than that, this theme never used heavy images

The new City one launched yesterday IIRC.

City has been officially released today. And more themes are coming very soon

Imagine this theme with dark colors, simply perfect
