Is this a plugin so if you get thanked counts as +1 or if you get groaned -1?

You can just edit a few templates and language files and change the name of reputation?

Any ideas

There is a plugin which you hit thanks if you hit thanks it will give the user a
+1 rep saying Thanked Post as reason and a groan button saying Groaned Post -1

You can do that with this plugin, but you will need to do some template editing.

I don't think there is one but it is quite easy to code this if you have the time and effort xD
