Is it possible to set A Number of Posts Before The user is able to view a Forum?

Create a Group promotion were the users with a certain number of post are moved from say Register group to Members. Then you need to give the Members group the access you want. Maybe there is a simple way to do it but this is how I manage the access on my board.
