MyBB Community Forums

I'm created a forum using MyBB and filezilla. I've followed all the instructions for installation, but i think i might have missed something out in the install process, i've deleted the /install folder as i thought everything was okay. Although when i type in the address and load the site, all i'm getting is the MyBB Documentations page "Thankyou for downloading MyBB!" etc.

Does anyone know how i can get it to work, or what is wrong with it?

Go to /inc/settings.php and check your details, like the mysql data.

You're not supposed to upload the Documentation directory. You're supposed to upload the contents of the Upload directory.

I decided to start over. so i deleted everything and re-did it, but i can't get onto the installer. i'm getting the 404 Page not found error. The website URL is http://shotelforum.zxq.net

Try to delete everything and re-make the mysql data.

There is no ./install folder/files when I visit: http://shotelforum.zxq.net/
