I just installed MyBB 1.2.

My forum refuses to let me log in. Or rather, it gives me the "You have been successfully logged in" message but then when it goes back to the main page, I'm not actually logged in. I tried registering a second account and logging in with it, same thing. :shrug: I dunno if this is a bug or something I did wrong, but the installation reported everything as working properly.

Also, is your browser rejecting your forums cookies?

That's probably it; will I have to reinstall from scratch to change the setting?

You should still be able to login to the admin cp by navigating to its URL directly. You can then update your cookie settings accordingly from the settings area. The cookie settings are located under the General Configuration settings group.
