hello, i was just looking at search queries in my google webmasters account for Cricket life , one of them was "mandeep birthday" and when i searched the google i found out that the page was indexed twice:-

http://cricketlife.net/Thread-Happy-Birthday-Mandeep
http://cricketlife.net/showthread.php?tid=1641

i am using the google seo plugin.

couldn't you block showthread.php using robots.txt? i don't know if that would work or not.

Did you installed Google SEO recently? If so, it will take some time until google updates all the urls.

its been for months now, almost 5-6 months.
