can any body tell me how to change this
to this plz help me ........

Simply replace the following icons from ./images/ folder.

on.gif
off.gif
offlock.gif

Make sure your new icon is in .gif extension'd.

where is these icons ???

Here ./ represents the ROOT folder of your MyBB installation.

how to activate ? cant see in forums

There is no need to activate anything. Just replace the old icons with the new one.

i did but no new icon

Lets make it simple for you

Log-in to you cpanel or use ftp


go to filemanager


Go to mybb folder /images/themefolder/


replace the 3 images (not the highlighted one)

on.gif = new forum posts
off.gif = no new forum posts
offlock = forum locked
