What settings do I edit so that my mods can edit and delete posts? Not their own but others posts.

This needs a plugin. There is no plugin for this though.

Weird...so what is the point of having mods if when I am away and someone posts something bad they can't do anything about it? LOL

What do you mean? Mods can delete/editposts. Just make them moderators of specific forums, or move them to super moderators.

Check your moderator setting. It may be that you didn't pick a forum for them to moderate or as Omar suggested turn them into Supermods.

Yaldaram and Omar are both right. The title said can't and the body message said can so I got confused and went with the title because I read the body message fast so wasn't able to pick up the error.

Do what Omar said or request someone to make such a plugin.
