I'm trying to edit the Who's Online bit, but everything I do, it just doesn't change. I even got rid of the whole coding for it, saved it, but it still stayed there?

What's going on? I can edit other things, why isn't it changing?

Revert the template back to default and re-apply the edits again.

Does its title still show green colored ? Revert it to default again.

Seems like you browser's cache issue. Are you using Chrome ? Clear its cache and delete its cookies if Yes.
