Hi,
i have tried this a lot, i wanted to promote members group who have 30 posts, but it's not working , no group promotion logs coming, i have to do it manually, i have tried for both new users that are getting 30 posts and for old existing ones, i have to promote them manually myself :s

30 Greater than or equal to

original group: registered

new user group: member

User group change time: primary user group

Enabled? Yes
Enable Logging? * Yes

Have you made sure that the task is running in the AdminCP? Also if the task is running to slow for you, you can make sure it runs every 5minutes or even less so that it's almost instant.

As said above, ensure the task is active via ACP > Tools & Maintenance > Tasks. It would also be a good idea to ensure other tasks are running too.
