Good evening,

I have a problem with Myshoutbox. It is a famous problem... which has no real good answer.

I did lots of searches on mybb.fr and mybb.com, and I don't find.

...but it did not work for me

I use Myshoutbox 1.7 on Mybb 1.6.8.

I can create a test account if needs be.

My problem is that myshoubox displays always "Loading..." (on my forum it is something else because I did modifications on the text in alternative). When I do a shout, the message appears, and we can chat. But if I refresh the page, it is "Loading" again.

Can you help me please ? You would be extraordinary

Or maybe you have another shoutbox to offer me ?

Can someone who uses Myshoutbox copy/paste his header_include template please ?

Because I have read lots of topics and I always have a different template, without any line of jquery script, contrary to others...
