Hi Guys,

On one of my forums im getting a 403 Fobidden error when trying to log into the forum.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

When trying to do a File Verification I get a list of errors

Any ideas?
Best just to reinstall?

Check what member.php is chmodded to. Should be 644.

Im getting this response via ftp;
Response: 550 Could not change perms on member.php: Permission denied

Ah. The permissions are obviously wrong. I assume you don't have SSH access? If not, you'll definitely have to contact your host and ask them to change the chmod to 644. It's hard to see why it isn't that already though...

Yer its not actually my host, im setting it up for a friend. Which is why i'm so confused, ive never had any issues myself but whenever it comes to someone else's its a different story.
