I have never seen this before. Why would they be printing a thread lol. Has this ever happened?

Use a robot.txt file to block access to unnecessary forum areas to google (one example comes with Google SEO).

The same reason it's viewing a profile, viewing a thread, etc...

It's just Google bot crawling your forum.
