How can I change the text colour on the following:


(User CP — Mod CP — Admin CP — Log Out)
View New Posts | View Today's Posts | Private Messages

and the section, forum colour.

Go to global.css in ACP > Templates and Style > Themes > Your theme name and edit the colour property under #panel.

I changed the colour but it didn't change the text it self.

Well, they will fall under the link element. Which is a:link is global.css, you can change the colour there and respectively for hovering etc.

For section and forum colour you need to change the colour in tcat and thead in global.css.
What would you say the best colour to select for this?
Whichever colour will best suit your needs. I don't run your site.
