Do you mean the site theme? Ripping it would be illegal, but you can make your own.
Yes the site theme with the forum icons etc etc. I just thought they might of downloaded theme from somewhere, and I could get it from same place.

http://www.astigtayo.com/ on there home page there is no reference to a mobile forum, but when you click on tab for mobile forum it takes you to it, am i right in thinking its set to hidden on main page, but tab takes you to it.
If not how is it done.

Well the MyBBCentral theme was created by labrocca, so you probably don't want to rip that and the other one also looks custom.

I'm not being sarcastic, you clearly want to rip their themes so why not just find a free one?
Where have I said I want to rip it, I thought it may of been a free one that they download and install, I have no intention of stealing someones work, I would not even know where to begin.

You're right, you didn't say you would rip it but you gave me implications that you were wanting to.
Sorry for being rude, if I came across as rude. In answer to YOUR question, no they did not download from anywhere they have both been made by either a designer or the admin themselves (in MyBBCentrals case).
Your best bet is getting a free theme and try to modify it to suit your needs. I hope I covered your question and didn't cause too much confusion.
