if you don't know how to set it up then i might be able to help via teamviewer or temp admin account.

please note that on my site it does't change the background but instead the thead (title background) however this can be easily modified

If it is a set of fixed colours rather than choosing their own specific colour set I would recommend a css stylesheet solution rather than javascript. These jQuery colorpickers seem to have an issue with FOUC on page change.
