No problem, I'll change it to an orange color to blend in with the rest of the theme.

It would still look like a blatant rip off whatever colour it was though, lol.
A few of the images are bad quality, save them instead to good quality PNG, not compressed JPG. It will look much better.

Most images are PNGs. Kind enough to list any of the images?
Although ripping a blue footer is not a big deal IMO, it looks very similar to
http://wweforums.net 's theme.

I do agree.
The stats,footer look the same.
Although it's not difficult to make them,I wish you reconsider before releasing it,coz you may face legal problems from the original counterpart
